I always enjoy the kitchen. Whether with my wife or my grandkids, it is a great place. A big part of this enjoyment comes from keeping it ready and available for its main purpose. Preparing food!

If you’re like most of us, you didn’t get recipes and tips passed down from Grandma that used the typical ingredients we now use in our grain-free lifestyle. In fact, the majority of us had never really heard of almond flour until a few years ago, and it is very unlikely we had ever actually used it! So we have put together this list of things we have learned that we hope you can put to good use in your own home.
We enjoy the treat of a wholesome Popze IcePopIt dessert year round. But, especially this time of year, it is a great snack or dessert. So much fun to experiment making a non sugary dessert for you or the kids. Just mix up whatever you have in fruit, with some yogurt or buttermilk, add some ginger or cinnamon, freeze and enjoy.
Suggest mango, papaya, banana, strawberry. In your blender, add yogurt and or buttermilk to 200 grams for 4 delicious Popze IcePopIt treats.

Why not make a Popze IcepopIt for the super hot days of summer which provides the necessary ingredients for an all natural electrolyte?
1/2 cup fresh orange juice (if reconstituted, be sure there are no additives or sugars)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cups of water (filtered or purified) or raw coconut water
2 tbsp organic raw honey or organic maple syrup
1/8 tsp Himalayan Pink salt or Celtic sea salt (Himalayan is better – as it has 84 trace minerals)
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Pour into the Popze molds leaving 3/4 inch at the top, Freeze 3 hours, serve and enjoy!
With the hot and humid summer quickly on its way, I’m looking for good ways to keep me and my family cool and refreshed, while staying healthy at the same time. I’ve seen these kinds of silicone popsicle molds in past summers and thought about getting a set, but really was worried they wouldn’t be sturdy enough, so when I had a chance to try out this set I was really excited. I’m so glad that my fears were unfounded. First of all the silicone on these is thick and very nice quality. I think that they will stand up to a lot of use.
